£45 million residential development across 22,000 square feet.  Located between two embassies in a conservation area with the Crown Estate as a key stakeholder.

This new build development included two basement levels, extensive building services and high quality fit out. 

Appointed as Client Representative in 2018 and saw the project through to practical completion and negotiation of the final account with the main contractor.  I acted as the link between client and contractor/consultant team as well as liaison with nearby embassies and the Crown Estate. 

Once main construction was complete, I procured and oversaw a comprehensive FF&E fit out package for the client along with landscaping works through to final completion in 2021.

The development is set within a conservation area with rigorous planning standards which had to be adhered to.
